All their attorneys are asking for the case to be dismissed for any and all reasons they can dream up, probably.
I don't have the details of the motions as to reasons why. It is a pretty standard thing attorneys do...
To first claim the case has no basis or merit and ask for it to be dismissed.
I doubt with all the evidence that track has a snowball's chance in hell.
