    Deep State Treed

Sidney Powell is a lawyer doing stellar work as our nation’s number one MAGA lawyer. She has helped General Flynn with his case involving a politicized and corrupt Justice Department. Her book, “Licensed to Lie,” is must reading for all Americans. Sidney was kind enough to send us a signed copy and it’s riveting reading. She’s a very smart and courageous watchdog who has been doing a great job at exposing the corruption among ambitious, power-seeking federal prosecutors.

The Deep State Swamp is being exposed by warriors like Sidney Powell.

Her book is available at Amazon!

Republicans are demanding that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo turn over a broad scope of unreacted Obama-Biden State Department documents pertaining to the corrupt Ukrainian company which that was at the center of the impeachment inquiry earlier this year against President Donald Trump.

The request was made by ranking Republican of the House Judiciary Committee Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, Thursday after the recent release of redacted documentation they say reveals new information about Democratic connections to the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings, and its founder Mykola Zlochevsky. The connections between Burisma and Democrats were allegedly aided by former Vice President Joe Biden’s son and his colleagues, just as the energy company was under investigation, Jordan said.
epublicans are demanding that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo turn over a broad scope of unreacted Obama-Biden State Department documents pertaining to the corrupt Ukrainian company which that was at the center of the impeachment inquiry earlier this year against President Donald Trump.

“I write regarding documents that the State Department recently released pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA),” stated Jordan, in a letter to Pompeo on Thursday. “Although these documents are partially redacted, they appear to shed new light on the actions of State Department employees during the Obama-Biden Administration in relation to the corrupt Ukrainian energy company, Burisma Holdings, and its founder, Mykola Zlochevsky.”

Jordan requested that Pompeo turn over the State Department unreacted documents, materials and communications related to Burma and Ukraine by May 28 to his committee:

    • Unredacted copies of all documents released pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act relating to Burisma Holdings, Mykola Zlochevsky, or Hunter Biden;
    • All documents and communications referring or relating to Burisma Holdings or Mykola Zlochevsky for the period January 1, 2014, to January 20, 2017; and
    • All documents and communications referring or relating to Hunter Biden, Christopher Heinz, or Devon Archer for the period January 1, 2014, to January 20, 2017.
According to Jordan the State Department documents also reveal that the alleged “whistleblower” who began the partisan impeachment against President Trump “also played a role in facilitating the Obama-Biden Administration’s interactions with the Ukrainian government relating to Burisma and Hunter Biden.”

Jordan told Pompeo that the documents reportedly detail “how the ‘whistleblower,’ as a National Security Council (NSC) detailee, hosted a White House meeting that took place with Ukrainian prosecutors in January 2016 regarding a concern that HunterBiden’s role with Burisma could complicate a potential prosecution of the company’s wrongdoing.”

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-SC, announced Thursday that his committee will proceed with hearings on the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation starting in June, Graham said in a statement Thursday after President Donald Trump pressured him on Twitter earlier in the day.

“The Judiciary Committee will begin holding multiple, in-depth congressional hearings regarding all things related to Crossfire Hurricane starting in early June,” Graham said, “Our first phase will deal with the government’s decision to dismiss the Flynn case as well as an in-depth analysis of the unmasking requests made by Obama Administration officials against General Flynn. We must determine if these requests were legitimate.

He added, “Our next area of inquiry, later this summer, will be oversight building upon the Horowitz report about FISA abuses against Carter Page. My goal is to find out why and how the system got so off the rails. Finally, we will look at whether Robert Mueller should have ever been appointed as Special Counsel. Was there legitimate reason to conclude the Trump campaign had colluded with the Russians?”

After the Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell declassified a list detailing the many Obama officials who ‘unmasked’ Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn to target President Trump.

“As previously stated, there will be oversight of all things related to Crossfire Hurricane. I am greatly concerned about the precedent that would be set by calling a former president for oversight. No president is above the law. However, the presidency has executive privilege claims against other branches of government,” Graham said.

“To say we are living in unusual times is an understatement,” he explained. “We have the sitting president (Trump) accusing the former president (Obama) of being part of a treasonous conspiracy to undermine his presidency. We have the former president suggesting the current president is destroying the rule of law by dismissing the General Flynn case.”

“All of this is occurring during a major pandemic. As to the Judiciary Committee, both presidents are welcome to come before the committee and share their concerns about each other. If nothing else it would make for great television. However, I have great doubts about whether it would be wise for the country.”

WASHINGTON — A group of 15 Republican state attorneys general filed an amicus brief Monday supporting the Justice Department’s motion to drop its case against former Trump administration national security adviser Michael Flynn.

The group, led by Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, argues that U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan should immediately grant the Justice Department’s motion to dismiss all charges against Flynn because “the federal judiciary has no authority to make the executive branch pursue (or continue to pursue) a criminal conviction,” the filing says.

The attorneys general also argue that Sullivan should drop the case without commentary “because such punditry disrobes the judiciary of its cloak of impartiality,” according to the filing.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham announced Monday evening that his committee would debate and vote on a subpoena authorization related to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance abuse investigation, as well as conduct oversight of the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane probe into President Donald Trump’s campaign.

Graham, R-SC, said the subpoena authorization covers “a number of documents, communications and testimony from witnesses, including James Comey, Andrew McCabe, James Clapper, John Brennan, Sally Yates, and others.” He also stated in a press release that the subpoena authorization will be the first listed on the agenda for the committee on May 21.

Some of the most notable witnesses that may be subpoenaed are Attorney General William Barr, former FBI General Counsel James Baker, Former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, former United Nations Ambassador Samantha Power, as well as FBI Director Christopher Wray. These are only a handful of the long list published by Graham’s office on Monday.

The Committee is expected to vote on the subpoena authorization at its June 4, 2020 executive business meeting, the press release stated.

However, he noted that under the Senate Judiciary Committee rules, Graham “cannot unilaterally issue a subpoena. The Chairman can only issue a subpoena with the consent of the Ranking Member or by a Committee vote.”

The press release also noted that if the subpoena’s are “approved by a majority of the Committee, the subpoena authorization gives” Graham “the ability to issue a subpoena for witnesses, documents or other materials.”

“Subpoena authorization votes in the Senate Judiciary Committee are not common,” stated the press release.

Michael Flynn was personally targeted during a crucial Jan. 5, 2017 Oval Office meeting arranged by then-President Barack Obama, a newly declassified document shows.

On Jan. 20, 2017, as President Donald Trump was being inaugurated, former White House National Security Adviser Susan Rice sent herself a bizarre email detailing the Jan. 5 meeting between her, Obama, then-Vice President Joe Biden, then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, and fired former Federal Bureau of Investigations Director James Comey. In the email, portions of which were not declassified until recently, Rice recorded that Flynn, who at the time was the incoming national security adviser for Trump, was personally discussed and targeted during the meeting with Obama.

“From a national security perspective, President Obama said he wants to be sure that, as we engage with the incoming team, we are mindful to ascertain if there is any reason we cannot share information fully as it relates to Russia.” At the time, the Obama administration was actively spying on members of the Trump team as part of its Crossfire Hurricane investigation against Trump.

“Comey said he does have some concerns that incoming NSA Flynn is speaking frequently with Russian Ambassador Kislyak,” Rice wrote in a portion of the email that was only recently declassified. “Comey said that could be an issue as it relates to sharing sensitive information.”

“President Obama asked if Comey was saying the NSC should not pass sensitive information related to Russia to Flynn,” Rice continued. “Comey replied ‘potentially.'”

“[Comey] added that he has no indication thus far that Flynn has passed classified information to Kislyak, but he noted that ‘the level of communication is unusual.'” The email did not explain how it would be “unusual” for an incoming national security adviser to converse with foreign leaders ahead of a new president’s inauguration. Many observers believe the calls between Flynn and Kislyak were little more than pretext to hide the Obama administration’s spy campaign against Trump from the newly elected president’s team and to justify a continued inquisition against Flynn.

The newly declassified portions of the Jan. 5 Rice email confirm that the targeting of Flynn was coordinated within the inner sanctum of the White House and that both Obama and Biden were deeply involved in the campaign to take down Flynn.
