I would encourage anyone reading this thread and interested in the topic to look at the many pieces Mcgowan has written. I cannot give credit to the individual who turned me on to Mr McGowan... I will talk about where his conclusions have led me, but cannot give enough credit to the individual who put me on to Dave. Before reading about Laurel Canyon, as one who lived many years in San Francisco, including in an apartment on Page and Ashbury Street, one block up from Haight and Ashbury! I was a chauvanist! I also had intelligent friends who believed, as I did, that the epicenter for the revolution that stopped the war, happened in Northern California at the Republic of People's Park in Berkeley California...with assistance and support from the Haight Hashbury where up to around ten years ago one could watch groups of trust find babies and working class drifters in a circle tabing up on LSD together. The truth is scary... In New York City you seldom read about people getting away with the type of murders Berkowitz did...this is for many reasons, among them people tend to notice things, and to be looking out their windows, people also tend to be very street wise. My thinking at the time was that either Berkowitz had to be one very smart son of a bitch...or, well... ha! "or" indeed!! Berkowitz describes his role in a Satanic world that exists and plans ritual murders. The process church, which has ties to laurel Canyon, Manson and Scientology are all implicated in Satanistic beliefs and a Satanistic society existing in, among other areas, the Westchester county area of New York, an area just outside the city. Reading these two sources is a great start to understanding the depth of influence we are dealing with. So lets start here.
