For the last twenty YEARS the computer has completely and utterly controlled the financial system.
The reason i say this with such authority is not my own conviction , its a total fucking fact...

The man or merkel in charge is in no way capable of wrapping an organic mind around such figures , the most gifted savont couldn't do it...

The numbers involved are beyond huge.
The programs that are put in place on these billion dollar systems are as huge and suffer from the same enormity..

no one person can even think of anything except there own node...

Billions of dollars were spent computerising the financial market ..
That is now controlled via software..

This software is almost a life form in itself now days..

The flatline came because of efficient management by software.

I would like to give you my opinion on the financial status of the global economic conditioning.

This is a question I'm asked quite regularly by ordinary people and business colleagues.

I should first explain that my financial knowledge is based in the effects this has on me.
Therefore is an opinion.
I will qualify my remarks accordingly.

Have your salt cellar at the ready , a pinch should do it.

My expertise is in distribution and large construction projects.
I want you to understand this is an "opinion" based in those terms...
No more valid than yours , as far as I'm concerned..

Its all relative .
by example :-

The chancellor of the exchequer in England made a comment fairly recently on a well known breakfast News program here in the UK..
The interviewer asked a question which is on the face an innocent one...it wasn't it was brilliant...
she asked..
"chancellor , Do you know how much a loaf of bread costs at this current time"

In my opinion the answer was given in an "off the cuff manner" , his answer was..

"A loaf of bread costs around 35 pence "

The reporter looked on in disbelief...
As I'm sure most of the audience at home did..
The average loaf of bread costs around 1.35 minimum.

The thing in itself is just embarrassing on the outset...
but it is not..
This man decides what is the amount someone can live on.
He sets the budget for this country which has a significant effect on Europe and consequently millions of souls as a result.

One of his "jobs" is to work out how much a person is given if they are unemployed and claim on there employment (national insurance) to live on as a minimum during there misfortune (which can happen to ANYONE).

I will come back to that!

The point is , what on earth is going on , when the man that decides such life threatening decisions , is sooooooo out of touch????

If you asked for a professional to give you an estimate for some sort of works or service , you would expect an informed and discerning figure...
If you asked said professional a question regarding the minutiae of the there function , which they did not know ......
Would you proceed with them?

Of course you wouldn't...its total and utter incompetence.

I would have called for his resignation immediately.
In fact a gentlemen would have embarrassingly stepped down at one point many years ago.

I will just swallow the vomit that welled in my mouth and continue.


The list they regard as sacrosanct for your civil responsibility to your fellow countryman is ...

I am acutely often lost for words when i hear this mantra of the civil servant..

IT PAYS THEIR WAGES....!!!!!

Which in turn makes your life more bureaucratic and convoluted...
And keeps them in a well paid job for life.
We all know that we are astoundingly top heavy in this respect and it is becoming more obvious to us all each day..

THAT IS THERE WORRY..

PURE AND SIMPLE...

The party in power is only there for the short term fix...four years..
The civil servant that assists the politician in his short stay controls what happens..
HE/SHE is ALWAYS there , could you imagine doing a new job of such magnitude and proportion.
With A Know all tripping you all the way?????
A fixture and fitting of the office you run , its laughable.

That is the first problem.

If one of them ever used the word integrity with me in the room i would probably spontaneously combust right there with pure rage.
