Here's a possible node of interest even if the 'virus' doesn't actually exist as an isolate. There has been much talk about the ACE2 receptor, to which the alleged virus ( or some string of moleclules ) binds itself.
A peer reviewed paper published in December last year draws attention to the variability of the binding strength or impact of the so called SARS COV2 virus, by racial grouping.
Guess which race it finds is the least susceptible to it? . . . . . .Ashkenazi Jews.

I should add that this same study, based on pre existing data from other studies for other reasons than this, puts Euopeans ( think Anglo Americans) on the other end of the graph as being most at risk.
