MAKE ITALY GREAT AGAIN Italy turns right, alarming the European Union “Giorgia Meloni is poised to be Italy’s first far-right nationalist leader since Mussolini after a right-wing coalition led by her post-Fascist party, the Brothers of Italy, dominated national elections.” — The New York Times Notice how The New York Times is calling the winner of Italy’s election a ‘fascist.’ Their editorial opinion trumps any objective journalism. The globalist-minded corporate media is in lockstep with the Times. They’re all pro- E.U. and they’re already calling her ‘far right.’ They’ve pronounced her ‘dangerous.’ She’s being called a daughter of Mussolini and all sorts of biased claptrap. Why are they attacking her? Because she’s a threat to the global elite’s political power. The globalists use the unelected bureaucrats at the E.U. to control all the member countries. They don’t want leaders who act in the best interest of their voters. They want to maintain their dictatorial policies that lead to more globalism. Nationalism is bad—Joe Biden has said as much when he stated his allegiance is to the UN and the globalists. Obama held an allegiance to the globalists. The Bush family, too. Meloni is a social conservative who wants to to maintain Italian culture—which includes God, family, and country. She does not want open immigration and she doesn’t bow down to the globalist’s economy-destroying climate change bunk. She wants to fight inflation. She wants to put the Italian people first. They elected her because they want to protect their families. They want to worship God and they want a chance at prosperity. They don’t want to eat bugs and live as serfs to the satanic globalists. For this she’s being compared to fascist tyrants. The Marxist, globalist media have their knives out. I even saw an editorial cartoon featuring her as grunting cavewoman jumping up and down on the left’s revered E.U. flag. (Putin was also shown as a caveman jumping on the Ukraine flag). It doesn’t matter that she may become Italy’s first female prime minister. She’s conservative so she must be insulted and the cartoon certainly did that. The artist even exposed her breast. Conservatives are often smeared as ‘racist, sexist, and bigots,’ but it’s perfectly OK for the left to use racism, sexism, and bigotry to attack conservative women and people of color. As far as I know, Meloni has no plans of exiting the E.U. Let’s hope that changes. — Ben Garrison

Special Guest Post “Elephant in the Room” In an age of increasing political division, a woman has produced a unique musical that ties everything together. Scarlett Evans a young playwright and composer. She wrote “Elephant in the Room” as well as the musical score. She also stars in a leading role. It was my privilege to produce a promotional cartoon for the event. Here is her story: “Elephant in the Room” is a new and original musical comedy about achieving freedom of thought and navigating relationships, set to a backdrop of 2019 politics. It follows Kayla, a student at fictitious Eugene State College who struggles to identify truth and finally wins the fight to think for herself. As a free thinker, Kayla sides with the Right. The play has a surreal nature to it and symbolism is key. For example, the internet is personified. “Internet Troll” sews chaos and relishes in it. He incessantly trolls, influences, and pokes fun at any- and everyone, yet remains unacknowledged. The political spectrum is divided into 4 parts: Extreme Left (ANTIFA), Moderate Left, Moderate Right, and Extreme Right (the White Nationalists). The characters all wear hats and propagandistic clothes corresponding to their political affiliations, and, except for the two protagonists, the characters are called by their titles rather than names (“Homeless,” “Antifa Leader,” “White Nationalist Number 2,” “Feminist,” etc.). This piece is unique in that it does not portray the Right in a one-dimensionally-evil way; in fact, it presents the Right in a respectful manner. While each perspective is explored with sincerity, both are also equally made fun of! I intend to present an eye-opening snapshot of today’s society and encourage audiences to laugh at its ridiculousness, which will hopefully spark conversation and positive action. My own political journey unfolded as I researched and wrote this musical. I had avoided politics like a liberal trying to avoid Covid-19, but then decided to face it and find out what was true. That’s led me to stand firmly by the values which I hold today. I’m a recent college graduate with a background in music. I grew up classically trained and studied commercial music in college. After writing the book, music, and lyrics to “Elephant in the Room,” and now playing the role of “Kayla,” my background includes theater, as well! I’m thrilled to share this work with you and hope you find it meaningful. — Scarlett Evans https://grrrgraphics.com/
