Thinking about this Left/Right dichotomy reminds me of this video I've seen several times over the years.

    #RuleOfLaw
The last time I saw this was on Facebook.
It was behind a "This may contain sensitive information" blackout screen. lol7
Can you imagine, this video is getting suppressed on Facebook?

One reason why I consider "Identity" Politics so dangerous is because it strips out the principle of Rule of Law applied equally and fairly.

Most people I know are for "Rule of Law", fair law, fairly applied. And most people I know are for limited government. And for people's freedom being respected by government and law.

Most people are not at the extremes of left or right. Even people who think they are extreme right, aka anarchists, are not really at the extreme, "No Law." (It's utter chaos where there are no traffic laws, or mutually agreed upon rules for driving, as an example.)

I would say the globalists/trans-nationalist corporations are probably at the extreme left. They want to rule the world, their few over the many, with their few being above the law, and with no respect, contempt even, for people's freedoms and rights. (Remember, they call us, leaves.)

I remember reading about how the Constitution was written. The process of thinking about how to "self-govern" as a nation went on for about 10 to 15 years before the Declaration of Independence. The founder and writers of the Constitution studied history, wrote, debated and discussed the possible structures for government among themselves for a very long time. It wasn't a "whip it out" in a few weeks process. They were extra-ordinarily thorough in their thinking about what would and wouldn't work, for the people, for the long-term.

In a recent post, I shared a video of a young woman raising very relevant questions about public education and how it appears to have been set up to sabotage her generation.
I first saw her on Facebook. I decided to chase down a Youtube version of her video to share here. And in the process discovered another video on her channel that aptly describes her journey from what she calls "the left" to where she is now.
The more I think about what's happening in our culture right now, the more I don't want to use the word "left". I know very few people, if any, who identify themselves as left, or right. And I think both terms are misnomers of reality.
What is often referred as "left" ideology is more accurately defined as bought and paid for media narrative. It seems to be a narrative that is designed to agitate people emotionally, to drive and manipulate people to certain ideas and beliefs.
I found it fascinating to listen to Tiana Elisara walk me through her journey.
I'm hearing more and more of these stories. People are starting to think through their thinking. Asking questions about their own thinking processes. Deep diving into their own research processes. It's not easy, sometimes it's painful. But, it's liberating, too.
She is very clear and thoughtful!!!

I agree hating trump has become an elitist ideology.
But I'm not so sure very many, on either side, are fawning over Comey anymore.
Acquisition of cheap immigrant labor and a collection of new voters who trust them because they haven't been around long enough to see they are forgotten after the staged rhetoric has faded away is what the elitist ringleaders are after.
