Above is a film about mid 1970's all girl rock band The Runaways. How they were contrived and put together by what I call a true capitalist. And by that I mean someone who thrives on having an idea then making that idea work and then well and truly capitalizing on that for themselves and them only....fuck the emotional damage...money dries up, let's get the fuck out of here!
If that person see's something they can capitalize on they will pounce on it. How and why this happens is just circumstantial and always will be.
The main key role for a capitalist is to control all situations that involves the investment. This comes with how to manipulate people against each other and basically how the capitalist can capitalize on absolutely everything. Not just the money but all that comes with it.
Now considering these were talented teenage girls as young as 15 and this capitalist was 37. These girls wanted to play in a band but didn't have any experience to know right from wrong within the industry. Now this happens all the time when people say "that's the way the biz works" and a lot of people just accept it. But if you haven't experienced the "biz" before and you are 15/16/17 years old. It's very easy to not know what the fuck to do when a group of "adults" are telling you how everything works and treating you like absolute shit, threatening you etc...just nasty!

Below is an interview with the original bass player Jackie Fuchs (aka Jackie Fox). This is very recent. It will show how exploited and ill treated this girls were.

Okay...we are going to start exploring music manipulation and its impact on society and how it can alter an individuals perception.
The fantastic mathematic/spiritual world of music VS the reality of what is done with it by people who don't create it but use it for their own agenda. This can effect EVERYTHING you watch on TV, see in movies/advertising etc...
When you are watching anything related to this subject matter, try muting the sound and then un mute it. Separate your response to the visual from your response to the visual + the music. Same method can be applied by closing your eyes when the music is rolling in a film and then open to see how it effects what is being portrayed to you.
But before I start....one more song to groove too.
