    FREE SPEECH GENIE
It may not be a surprise that the taxpayer-funded CIA utilizes its own venture capital investment firm known as “In-Q-Tel.” For years, the CIA has enjoyed funding upstart tech companies in order to help them gain even more power and control. Their black budget is a black mark on liberty.

The Deep State helped fund Silicon Valley. The CIA may have helped fund Google and they most likely funded Facebook. We may never know the details about all their investments. Shhhh! Only the CIA can know—it’s ’national security!’

We do know that they helped the billionaire Peter Thiel. In 2004, they funded his startup firm, Palantir, which is a powerful spy tool. Thiel also invested in Facebook around this time and cleaned up. He probably knew its value to the CIA, and the CIA definitely knew that Facebook offered them a valuable honeypot of information. People voluntarily coughed up all sorts of personal detail that was stored away by the CIA, the NSA and the Deep State. Facebook’s CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, knew his ‘dumb effers’ information could be sold to advertisers and he got fabulously rich by doing it.

There was a downside for the Deep State, though. Their chosen candidate was the incredibly corrupt Hillary Clinton, but millions of people on social media enjoyed freedom and they used their free speech to help elect Donald Trump. Silicon Valley had opened up a bottle—and released the free speech genie into a new town square called social media. Now they are wishing him back into their bottle of control.

We can’t object, because Google, Facebook, Twitter, and others are ‘private’ companies and can be as censorious as they like. Don’t like it? Start your own Google or Facebook. That’s what we’re told. The reality is the taxpayer funded the creation of the Internet. We also helped fund, though the CIA, the companies that are now trying to control our free speech! They now want to regulate what we say and skew things toward their globalism and control. This goes against our First Amendment. These tyrants used our money to enrich themselves and grow their power.

If anyone needs to be corked in a bottle, it’s them. We should break up that bottle.

FACEBOOK CENSORSHIP PART TWO: ZUCKERBERG, A “DANGEROUS” PERSON
Facebook claims it has ‘community standards’ enforced to remove hate speech. In part one of this two part cartoon series, I proved that was a lie. To refresh memories, see the screen shot image as another example. Bear in mind that a Facebook spokesman recently said this:

“We’ve always banned individuals or organizations that promote or engage in violence and hate, regardless of ideology,”

What I reported was clearly a ‘hate speech’ page, even though they were using my cartoons, which they vandalized to express their quest for murder. Facebook, as usual, said it did not violate their community standards. As long as conservatives are made to look like monsters, Zuckerberg seemed to be A-OK with it.

Now the CEO of Facebook is blatantly censoring conservative people such as Alex Jones, Paul Joseph Watson, Milo Yiannopoulos, and Laura Loomer. Facebook will not even allow on ‘his’ site praise for these people by others. Zuckerberg wants them digitally erased from history. He labeled them ‘dangerous individuals.’ The lefty media teamed up and parroted the defamation, calling them ‘controversial figures of hate.’ It’s all ridiculous, but at least Facebook’s lies have been exposed. We know how the Deep State, including the CIA and Silicon Valley, consider those of us who want to preserve our Republic to be ‘figures of hate.’

Help Us Fight the Censorship of American Voices! Support Cartoons with a Donation! Click to Make A Difference Now

Silicon Valley companies will increasingly allow conservatives to be banned as we approach the 2020 election. What’s next, will they call us ‘terrorists?’ Will we be sent to gulags? Facebook now has around 2.7 billion users. People depend on it to easily connect with friends and family. It has become a public utility of sorts and it all may have started with CIA funding.

Before you call me a conspiracy theorist, consider that the CIA has for a long time been funding Silicon Valley tech companies that interest them. They created a venture capital firm called “In-Q-Tel,” and that firm helped fund many up-and-comers including Peter Thiel’s “Palantir,” which was an all-encompassing means to gather data on everything. Although Thiel is a self-professed ‘libertarian,’ his Palantir destroys privacy. It is literally the Eye of Sauron. In the hands of the CIA, it would make that institution that much more powerful and tyrannical. Thiel may have also recommended funding for Facebook. He got in early and made a large part of his billions through Facebook stock. The CIA must love their honeypot that is Facebook. After all, billions of people voluntarily release their personal details. Zuckerberg loves it because he sells the dumb effers’ data to advertisers. Facebook users are also the product. Zuckerberg is the perfect nerdy front man for the CIA. As a bonus, Zuckerberg spent some time at Harvard, which is a known and very corrupt pipeline feeding the Deep State Swamp.

Now the billionaire tyrant wants to introduce a social credit system that rewards users for politically correct behavior on his platform. It sounds suspiciously similar to China’s system, designed to keep their citizens in line. Everyone there wants a high rating. Those with low ratings are unable to travel, get a loan, or even get a job. Zuckerberg wants that for Americans.

The CIA commands way too much power and control and they always want more. I doubt many taxpayers know they are funding their own enslavement by allowing a ‘security’ agency to fund Silicon Valley companies, who now control most of our digital free speech. The CIA seems to love billionaires like Zuckerberg, Soros, and Bezos, who are working together to silence patriots who value freedom.

The left wants a monopoly on what they perceive to be the ’truth.’

By censoring Alex Jones, Paul Joseph Watson, Laura Loomer, and Milo Yiannopoulos, Facebook has made it plain that they can’t deal with people telling Americans the real truth.

The Silicon Valley social media and the Deep State corporate media want a monopoly on minds. They know that Trump was elected in part with the help of those they now labeled as ‘dangerous.’ Hillary called them the ‘deplorables.’ Bill Maher called them ‘horrible people.’ That’s his opinion. My opinion is they’re not horrible. I know for a fact that Alex Jones is in no way a racist. Neither are the others. It’s an invention—an excuse by the left to censor them. Calling someone a ‘racist’ or ’Nazi’ is the lefts’ way of dehumanizing people.

It’s easier than debate. Once dehumanized, people can easily be digitally erased, assaulted, or even murdered without much concern from the left. Encouraged by their ongoing success with their Stalin-like erasure of Alex Jones, they’ve moved on to more targets. Gavin McInnes has been mostly banned and Tommy Robinson has been smeared by Facebook as a ‘hate figure.’ James Woods got banned from Twitter for cracking a joke, but the celebrities on the left get to make criminal threats and remain.

Hate speech is legal in America. I once foolishly condemned hate speech in an attempt to resurrect my destroyed reputation and commercial art business. It was a dumb thing for a libertarian to say, but I had become desperate. I was acting out of anger and fear—always a bad combination. Besides, it made the trolls angry so I kept saying it. My definition of hate speech remains synonymous with illegal speech. Terrorist threats, libel, slander, and copyright theft are illegal. The trolls had been stealing my copyrighted cartoons, changing them into racism and anti-Semitism while pretending they were the ‘real cartoons.’ They libeled and defamed me for years and all of their foulness was at the top of search engines. Since I was unknown, people thought I really was a ‘Nazi.’ I actually had two clients call and ask me if I was a “Nazi.” I had to talk to several CEOs and awkwardly explain to them that I was not a Nazi. I had to leave the art gallery I was in due to ongoing attacks on the owner by trolls. Those were hard times, mentally and financially. Thanks to our supporters we were able to recover and defeat the trolls, but my resentment—especially towards Zuckerberg, remains.

Zuckerberg and his company culture are bathed in hypocrisy. In their press release a Facebook spokesperson stated,

“We’ve always banned individuals or organizations that promote or engage in violence and hate, regardless of ideology.”

Well, certainly not in my case. They allowed horrific pages using my name and face to promote outright murder based on race and religion. I spent over 100 man hours in 2014 alone begging social media ‘authorities’ to remove the libel. Facebook was always the worst. Once I had to get a lawyer involved. Facebook consistently allowed the hate pages to stay up for weeks—always telling me the pages ‘didn’t violate their community standards.’ Once I was told to stop complaining or they would ban me for ’spamming’ them. When one was finally removed, another impersonation page would take its place the next day and I would again start at square one with Facebook. My lawyer said I couldn’t sue them because Zuckerberg’s disclaimers were iron-clad. He claimed he was only providing a platform for communication—much like the phone company. All he did was listen in to all of your calls and sell your conversations to advertisers. Now Zuckerberg wants to actively censor your calls.

Libel and defamation still require removal. Insults, generic hatred, and jokes do not. Facebook knows full well that if we find something offensive we can simply ignore the post or block the user. We conservatives aren’t forcing anyone on the left to read what we post. If they take offense, then it’s their problem. We aren’t responsible for the hurt feelings of others. To protect their snowflakes, Zuckerberg has crossed the line. He is now engaging in outright censorship, which is always a step toward tyranny. Facebook won’t stop with the conservative celebrities they’ve banned. Soon, all conservative speech will be seen as ‘hate speech’ by Facebook. The left doesn’t want debate. They want things rigged to advance their control and domination of minds and with the 2020 election ahead, they are determined not to lose.

Zuckerberg is sucking Free Speech dry.

mazon CEO Jeff Bezos is scheduled to meet with federal prosecutors in New York as soon as this week, according to people familiar with the matter. The meeting signals that the US attorney's office is escalating its inquiry connected to Bezos's suggestion that the kingdom of Saudi Arabia was behind a National Enquirer story that exposed his extramarital affair and his claim that the tabloid attempted to extort him.

Plans for that meeting come as prosecutors in the Southern District of New York are seeking to obtain access to Bezos's electronic devices, these people said. They are attempting to examine Bezos's private investigators' allegation that the Saudis "gained private information" from his phone, and that such information wound up in the hands of American Media Inc. tabloid the National Enquirer, which published Bezos's texts.

Attorneys for Bezos, the world's richest man, have been engaged in negotiations regarding his electronics. In recent weeks, Bezos's attorneys and investigators turned over to federal authorities documents and other material from their own inquiry, but not his devices, these people said.

Bezos has suggested he became a target of the Saudis due to his ownership of The Washington Post and its coverage of the murder of its columnist Jamal Khashoggi.

Amid these developments, Bezos has expanded his legal team, adding attorney Matthew Schwartz, a partner at law firm Boies Schiller Flexner LLP who spent a decade as a federal prosecutor in New York, the people familiar with the matter said.

Schwartz didn't immediately respond to a request for comment. A spokeswoman for the US attorney's office declined to comment. A spokesman for the FBI declined to comment.

It's not clear whether federal prosecutors have independent evidence to corroborate the claim that the Saudis hacked Bezos's phone or had any connection to the National Enquirer's story on his affair.

    BEZOS THE BOOK BURNING CLOWN

For many years Amazon has allowed free speech to flourish on its site. Jeff Bezos, its billionaire CEO, has now pretty much cornered the market on book sales.

Some people refuse to use Amazon due to the fact Bezos is aligned with the CIA and the Deep State.

Amazon has become a monopoly and not just for book sales. Yet now they’re starting to clamp down on books not popular with the left.

A man named Roosh published books on the subject of picking up girls. His books were very offensive to feminists, so Amazon banned them. So much for Roosh’s free speech and his ability to make money through book sales. Likewise for Jared Taylor. His crime? He is a race realist who does not bow to political correctness. The Southern Poverty Law Center, arguably a hate group itself, condemned him for ‘hate speech.’

Tommy Robinson’s crime? He pointed out the fact that many Muslims in Great Britain were part of rape gangs. Facts were on Tommy’s side, but he was accused of committing hate speech in Britain and so Amazon went along and banned him. Nowadays, anyone who criticizes the behavior of some Muslims is instantly accused of “Islamophobia,” or hate speech. Other authors, who depend on book sales via Amazon, were also banned without explanation.

I expect Silicon Valley and Amazon to ramp up their blatant and shameful censorship of conservatives as the 2020 presidential election approaches.

They know Hillary lost because she was unable to control minds. People had freedom of speech on the Internet and were able to figure her out for what she was—a lying criminal doing the bidding of the Deep State cabal. If they can’t control people, they will censor what those people were reading and listening to—conservatives.

Shame on you for violating the First Amendment, Bezos. You’re a real Bozo.

As Big Tech’s censorship of conservatives becomes ever more flagrant and overt, the old arguments about protecting the sanctity of the modern public square are now invalid. Our right to freely engage in public discourse through speech is under sustained attack, necessitating a vigorous defense against the major social media and internet platforms.

From “shadowbans” on Facebook and Twitter, to demonetization of YouTube videos, to pulled ads for Republican candidates at the critical junctures of election campaigns, the list of violations against the online practices and speech of conservatives is long.

I certainly had my suspicions confirmed when Instagram, which is owned by Facebook, “accidentally” censored a post I made regarding the Jussie Smollett hoax, which consequently led to me hearing from hundreds of my followers about how they've been having problems seeing, liking or being able to interact with my posts. Many of them even claimed that they've had to repeatedly refollow me, as Instagram keeps unfollowing me on their accounts.

California GOP Rep. Devin Nunes filed a major lawsuit seeking $250 million in compensatory damages and $350,000 in punitive damages against Twitter and a handful of its users on Monday, accusing the social media site of "shadow-banning conservatives" including himself to influence the 2018 elections, systematically censoring opposing viewpoints and totally "ignoring" lawful complaints of repeated abusive behavior.

In a complaint filed in Virginia state court on Monday, obtained by Fox News, Nunes claimed Twitter wanted to derail his work on the House Intelligence Committee, which he chaired until 2019, as he looked into alleged and apparent surveillance abuses by the government. Nunes said Twitter was guilty of "knowingly hosting and monetizing content that is clearly abusive, hateful and defamatory – providing both a voice and financial incentive to the defamers – thereby facilitating defamation on its platform."

The lawsuit alleged defamation, conspiracy and negligence, and sought not only damages, but also an injunction compelling Twitter to turn over the identities behind numerous accounts he said harassed and defamed him. The lawsuit is separate from Nunes' work on the House Intelligence Committee, where he is now the ranking member.

“Twitter is a machine," Nunes' personal attorney, Steven S. Biss, told Fox News. "It is a modern-day Tammany Hall. Congressman Nunes intends to hold Twitter fully accountable for its abusive behavior and misconduct.”

Although federal law ordinarily exempts services like Twitter from defamation liability, Nunes' suit said the platform has taken such an active role in curating and banning content -- as opposed to merely hosting it -- that it should face liability like any other organization that defames.

"Twitter created and developed the content at issue in this case by transforming false accusations of criminal conduct, imputed wrongdoing, dishonesty and lack of integrity into a publicly available commodity used by unscrupulous political operatives and their donor/clients as a weapon," Nunes' legal team wrote. "Twitter is 'responsible' for the development of offensive content on its platform because it in some way specifically encourages development of what is offensive about the content."

A New York grand jury has subpoenaed records from at least two smartphone manufacturers as part of a criminal investigation into Facebook’s data deals with large technology companies.

The story, first reported by the New York Times, cites anonymous sources familiar with the grand jury requests. Federal prosecutors have been looking into the social media giant’s deals with more than 150 firms to share data on hundreds of millions of users. Customers for that reportedly included Amazon, Apple, Microsoft and Sony, each of whom had agreements to see user friends, contact information and other data without consent.

Facebook has allegedly ended most of the partnerships over the past two years. Facebook stated that it is cooperating with investigators. ““We’ve provided public testimony, answered questions and pledged that we will continue to do so.”

Prosecutors from the United States attorney’s office for the Eastern District of New York are behind the investigation, one of several underway against Facebook on various privacy and data issues, centered around access Facebook granted to its business partners on user personal information without consent. That allowed techology companies to harvest vast amounts of user data in order to market services geared toward user friends, interests and tastes.

The serious violations were exacerbated by Facebook’s breach of agreements with the Federal Trade Commission over use of consumer data, and the contridiction of statements by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and other executives on its tactics and practices. The Times reported that FTC officials are considering multiple billions in fines for violation of its 2011 agreement.

Facebook has claimed its partnerships were permitted under an FTC agreement covering service providers.

Last week, Zuckerberg publicized a plan he claimed would allow Facebook to put more emphasis on private communications over sharing. The company is also investigating blockchain and cryptocurrency applications, which some view as yet another potential data goldmine that could be harvested.

Investigations into Facebook's data handling keep piling up. The New York Times has learned that federal prosecutors are in the midst of a criminal investigation into the data deals Facebook arranged with tech companies. It's not known when the investigation began or just what the focus is, but a New York grand jury reportedly used subpoenas to obtain records from two or more "prominent makers of smartphones." The deals included heavyweights like Apple, Microsoft and Sony.

Facebook acknowledged the investigation to the Times, stating that it was "cooperating with investigators" and was taking probes "seriously."

The deals typically revolved around making it easier to fill out contacts, share content and otherwise integrate Facebook with devices and websites. There's a concern that these deals weren't always transparent to everyday users, though. Microsoft's Bing deal mapped the friends of Facebook users without explicit permission, for instance. The FTC is believed to be negotiating a fine with Facebook over alleged violations of a 2011 privacy agreement, but not necessarily over those deals. Investigators may be using a criminal case to address concerns other agencies haven't already covered.

Whatever the details, the investigation doesn't bode well. Most of those deals have long since ended, and Mark Zuckerberg recently pledged to make a "privacy-focused" social network, but officials aren't likely to care. As with Cambridge Analytica and other scandals, Facebook's past is coming back to haunt it in ways that could have serious repercussions.
