Since this covid thing began I've been assuming that the way the global synchronisation lockstep across all countries was done was by the banking cabal threatening to withdraw all banking services to all national governments if they didn't follow the plan.
This guy, pretty much says the same thing, but he fleshes it out with a good description of the subordinate agencies of that cabal and how they fit into the mechanism.
