The SEC dragging their heels on what is odds on a bogus investigation to prevent DWAC from merging with TMTG. So the deadline for completing the merger is very close now and the Stockholders had a vote on Tuesday to extend the time allowed for the merger for one year. What predictibly happened with all things Trump? Bozos jumped out early with an article claiming the extension merger had "reportedly" failed. If anyone was listening you may have heard me say that I am in warrants at $10.50 each for the long term and I am happy with that. The only thing is... if the merger were not to go through it would be a total loss. As it happened, I woke up Tuesday morning to the news story I just mentioned. I was amazingly calm. Luckily, I knew I can go to Truth Social and hear directly from the account of Patrick Orlando, Chief Executive of DWAC, so as not to be swayed by fake financial news stories. The real repost was that the meeting had adjourned early and the vote count would proceed in two days. That was a reprieve and later the news was posted that if it happens that there are not enough votes on Thursday ARC Global intends to contribute 2.9 mil to extend the deadline until 12/8. Although, I now see I could have purchased warrants at this highly distressed price, I doubt I would have. When the SEC gets off our backs warrants should probably bounce back over $10.50 in a matter of days. Those are my current thoughts on the matter. If GOP is back in after November, that damn SEC can be overhauled along with all the corrupt intelligence agencies.

I am referring to Trumps shell comany now. He recently spoke in a clip here about them going after him is so many ways they want to take him down and now they are after the financial company behind his Truth Social, but "That won't do it either". So, the SEC is allowed to make up some bogus reason to get DWAC tied up in the net of their fake "investigation" of DWAC so that it cannot complete the merger with TMTG. This is coupled, mind you, with a complete litany of constant hit job fake "Financial News" articles. "The site barely functions, Nobody posts there, The sky is falling because a couple of tech people (who were promptly replaced) quit, So and so hedge fund company it shorting the stock because it has no chance of the merger going though (You have heard about the SEC Investigation haven't you), etc, etc, etc. It is as constant and predictable as the constant hit pieces and failed take down attempts on Trump himself. It is quite tiring for investors. So, currently, there is an upcoming shareholder vote to extent the time for the merger to complete by one year. I was relieved and happy to note yesterday Patrick Orlando (the owner of the DWAC financial company) now has an account on Truth Social and is keeping shareholders apprised of all pertinent facts regarding the merger extension vote. Nice to have the owner available to ask questions of and to keep us informed with the real story... But what a crooked criminal biased organization the SEC is!

When I purchased my last large slow cooked it came packaged with a tiny one that only as a warm setting, supossedly for dips and such things. However, as what I do works better if I preprepare, relax, and then finish preparation as I have said before. So, I tried this and it has been working. This little mini crock pot is round and about the exact side for a burger to fit in it. So I tried putting a heap of sliced onions on the bottom with a tablespoon or so of butter and then the pre-lightly-cooked burgers on top with another tablespoon of butter on top and seasonings. Amazining it this warmer brings everything to temperature and holds it well until I decide the time is right. This I toast these buns and complete the preparation with double cheddar cheese and ontions. By the way, I saw an article by a medical establishment that they are now reversing (as they always do on everything) and cholesteral is no longer the culprit. These days low cholestral is bad. lol. They always try to sell us something to decrease our health it seems..

What might trigger a delay. He mentions the fact of Hillary's Wikileaks email with Podesta requesting they use the alien false flag to stop her defeat to Trump. Will they use it this time as a last resort to prevent their defeat? Valiidity of 17 Q information and how everything is there. The big "scare" they may have planned for the end of October. Is anything here operant? The way I view listening to Juan when he privides new information is an innoculation against the upcoming MK-Ultra psyop's planned against us. We must prepare ourselves ahead of time just as we did for making the correct vax decision. A constant friend is a partiularly acrobatic squirrel who leaps to and poses on an unseen in the photo birdbath in the foreground. So, these hawks were focusing on this favorite squirrel. On the top most vertical closest tree branches to be seen sat my squirrel friend and further out the huge fat hawk landed on the branch. I was panicked. That little squirrel jumped up and pounced on the branch towards the hawk and that hawk flew away! It can't bee seen in the photo, but there are gorgeous brilliant sparkles on the pond today.

I have mentioned my feeling I live on another planet from my brother in another situation. Not that long ago and with the price of gas what it is he took off from Texas to all the way near New York in his huge truck towing a huge sailboat to a regatta in a financial situation in which he really could not afford doing so because in his operant capacity he felt he needed to show support for that sailing club. He is a very self contained individual and neglected to even check outside his personal feelings for the weather report which at that time was a hot topic in the news. When he arrived, he discovered a huge hurricane had been on the way and it arrived there just as he did. He didn't get to sail and had to just return home. I am not attempting to suggest you would do such a thing or that this relates to you. I am just referencing a base situation in which information outside of our operant capacity demands concern. In addition, somehow my ten years younger brother believes in fatalism. A set time to be born and a set time to die that nothing can change. It is an easy out because none of his actions and decisions change anything in the scheme of things. He can continue smoking as many cigarrettes as he wants, for instance. In his mind, nothing changes fate. There is no cause and effect. What is going to happen will happen. Our God given gift of free will means nothing. Is this a common theme out there?

I tried less liquid with butter, low heat, in the slow cooker and just cooking just until the temp was appropriate last time for the chuck roast. It didn't shred, but sliced very nicely.

Aug 24, 2022 at 7:01 PM - Rose: Interesting... Yum Looks tasty. I don't have all day to prepare food. So, what I am looking for is an easy pre-prepare and a quick final preparation later. I also stopped frying in oil quite some time ago. It makes my entire small house smokey and smelly afterwards and I don't like dealing with the used oil, not to mention health issues. That's the reason I began experimenting with an air fryer oven. Not a counter top one, but one like a small oven that also roasts and bakes. So, food precooks and reheats evenly in the circulating hot air. I used to do the water blanching, but found a 3min microwave cycle after the potatoes are cut adequately gets them to the same stage pulling out the starch that can then be dried off. Then, I do a 4min cycle in the air fryer until they get the light paperish seal taking the place of the baking. Then, they can wait in the refrigerator until the final cooking cycle or even be frozen for later at that stage. I certainly would love that fellow to prepare my meals though!

I will reserve judging him until all of the behind the scenes facts are presented.

On a flat grill or pan (cast iron recommended) you wanna smash it down to about 1/2" or less with a large/round device. I like to put foil around the lid to a rice container. After smashing, add salt, pepper, and then coat with lots of thin sliced onions. Like, almost too many onions. Then press down firmly on the burger and o ions for 10 seconds. This will squeeze out a little burger fat, it will also kickstart the sear on one side, as well as 'seat' the onions in the meat of the uncooked side. Once you have a full sear (not burnt, but you want a good crust) flip the burger, add salt/pepper, and then 1-2 slices of american cheese. On this side, you're focusing on the carmelization of the onions, rather than the crust of the burger. Lightly toasted buns are recommended, condiments and additions (lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.) are optional, depending on desired flavors.

I used to take that very brand,but stopped for some reason a couple years ago. I purchased some again and took one for the first time last night. It made a huge difference in my sleep! It had been taking me a long,, long time to get to sleep. But, last night I went right to sleep quickly, had a lot of dreams, slept soundly through the night, and woke up earlier feeling rested. It is that I am observing people close around me planning and conducting their lives as if it is any other time. Concerned only with their personal lives, gladly taking the vaccine, and not looking outside themselves for any information about what is going on in the outer world around them whatsoever. Like frogs in boiling water that don't realize it. As the situaton worsens they continue on with their previous plans not realizing it might be better to wait for a while to undertake a gigantic home remodeling at these inflated prices, for instance, when they must get a loan to do so. Always pedal to the metal no matter what bearing the outer state of affairs might indicate because they are not paying one bit of attention to it. That type of thing to greater or lesser degrees. I am basically a person who has always preferred a few close friends with little interest in frivolous socialization, useless chit chat on the phone, doing the wave in a crowd at football games, ect. So my closeness or separation from my others has not changed. It is what I am observing in the outer world that has, and will, have a huge impact on all of our lives is invisible. That fact makes me feel I live on another planet.

The fact that I am already in my early 70's may affect our differing focuses. I had the strangest dream last night. I visted my parents who have been gone 33 (mom) and 13 years (dad) in their next incarnation. Rather than running a business, they were happy world travelers. I was invited to a party, recogized as the child of their previous incarnation, and we had a very strange visit.
